Town of Pegram Permits can be applied for during regularly scheduled/posted Town Hall hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

City Building Permits/Fees:
A Building permit will not be approved unless all the following has been provided with each application:
1. Plans of Contruction
2. Perk Test (if applicable)
3. Flood Plan (if applicable)
4. Contractors License
5. Proof of Workman's Compensation Insurance
6. Completed Package of City Forms (see below)
FEE: $ .30 sq. ft. on TOTAL square footage of new construction
Total square footage multiplied by .30 = Town Building Permit Fee
To schedule an inspection you must call Town Hall and give your Permit Number.
City Facilities Tax:
Residential = $.75 sq. ft. on HEATED AREA only
Heated Area square footage multiplied by $.75 = Res. Town of Pegram Facilities Tax
Commercial = $.40 sq. ft. on TOTAL square footage
Total square footage multiplied by $.40 = Comm. Town of Pegram Facilities Tax
Septic Inspections:
Where City Sewer is not available, the State Environmental Office performs the inspections.
